Taiwan & Hongkong exchanges closed for holiday. Selling from the start of trading well-absorbed (DOW up 20 points previous night but jittery ahead of payrolls report to be released next day). Tendency to move higher but upside limited due to closure of the 2 other markets and not much movement in S&P futures. Cash Nikkei closed at 13293, down 96 points. Not holding any open position as DOW may be volatile due to the release of the March payrolls report tonight.
